A Breakfast in Ireland

I visited my friend in Dublin a while ago and it was my first trip to Ireland. I had a number of delicious treats there, including shepherd’s pie and some of the best clay-pot mussels I’ve ever had in my life. I also went to the Jameson Distillery and correctly selected Jameson out of 5 different types of whiskey, earning an official diploma from the distillery. That was cool. The dish I liked the most, however, was the famous Irish Breakfast. Salty, crispy bacon rashers, delicious, juicy sausages, two poached eggs, white and black pudding (a bit dry but very flavorful), a sauteed mushroom, a fried tomato, chewy soft potato farl, warm toast and a bit of tomato chutney in a small dish to add to the eggs. A bit random in its composition but definitely one of the most satisfying and delicious breakfasts I’ve ever had.
